Deposits
A non-refundable, non-transferable $15 deposit is required at the time of booking. This amount is applied toward your service total.

Payments
Card payment is preferred for a smooth checkout experience. Cash is accepted, but please note that exact change may be required, as I may not always have change available.

Late Arrival
A 10-minute grace period is offered. After 10 minutes, your appointment will be automatically canceled to protect the next client's time.
I value punctuality and strive to be on time for every appointment. If I am ever more than 10 minutes late, you will receive $10 off your service as a courtesy.

Cancellations
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will incur a fee of 50% of the scheduled service total. The card on file will be charged. If the charge is unsuccessful, I will contact you with an invoice. All fees must be paid before you can book any future appointments.
Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance may be rescheduled without a fee. Please remember that all deposits remain non-refundable and non-transferable.

I do not offer waxing services to anyone under the age of 16. Clients ages 16–17 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian, who will be required to complete a minor consent form.

Frequently Asked
Does waxing hurt?
Most clients describe it as a quick pinch rather than lasting pain, and it gets more comfortable with repeat visits as your hair growth cycle regulates. We use soft waxes formulated for sensitive skin to keep discomfort to a minimum.
How should I prepare for my appointment?
Let your hair grow to at least 1/4 inch (about the length of a grain of rice) so the wax can grip it properly. Avoid sun exposure, tanning, and applying lotion or oil to the area right before your visit.
How long will my results last?
Most clients stay smooth for 3-4 weeks, though this varies by area and individual hair growth cycles. Regular waxing every 4-6 weeks tends to make hair grow back finer and sparser over time.
I've never been waxed before — what should I expect?
Welcome! First-time appointments include a little extra time so we can walk you through the process, answer any questions, and make sure you're comfortable throughout. There's no judgment here — just tell us it's your first time when you book.
